By accessing or using PeekPSD ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PeekPSD is a free, browser-based tool for viewing, inspecting, and converting Adobe Photoshop PSD files. All file processing happens locally in your web browser. No files are uploaded to any server.

3. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable. PSD file parsing involves complex format interpretation, and output may not match Adobe Photoshop exactly in all cases.

4. User responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the files you process using the Service. You represent that you have the right to access and process any files you open with PeekPSD.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and quality of any output files (PNG, JPG, WebP, PDF) before using them in production, publishing, or distributing them.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PeekPSD and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunities, arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero, as the Service is free).

6. Intellectual property

PeekPSD does not claim any ownership of files you process using the Service. You retain all rights to your files. We do not access, store, or retain any file data.

7. Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
